CROM Group is going to expand its clinical research operations in Germany and is looking for a senior professional responsible to set up, manage and supervise clinical research operations in Germany, budgeting, selecting and coordinating the local staff, harmonizing local activities within the Corporate development plan.
He/she will report to the Company CEO and Medical Director, in Italy.

Profile
We are looking for candidates coming from CROs or Pharma Companies , with at least 8 years of experience in clinical research, preferably in the role of supervisors.The potential candidate should have strong leadership and organization skills, team-working attitude, problem-solving skills and the ability to share the Corporate credo and approach in the local clinical research operations. Excellent knowledge of both spoken and written English and German is required.

Clinical Research Coordinator

Job Description
The candidate will manage assigned clinical projects coordinating the activities of the project team members (Clinical Trial Administrator, Clinical Monitor, Data Manager, Statisticians, Central labs, etc), ensuring they are managed respecting the expected timelines and costs.

Profile
We are looking for candidates who have a degree in science and have gained previous experience of at least 3 years in a similar position at a CRO or a pharmaceutical company.
The candidate must have excellent organizational skills, ability to work in teams, strong interpersonal skills and be willing to travel. A key requirement is excellent knowledge of both spoken and written English.

Clinical Research Leader

Job Description
The candidate will supervise assigned clinical projects maintaining the planning of project team activities, managing and resolving project issues, verifying timelines and costs, in accordance with contractual obligations, applicable SOPs, ICH-GCP guidelines and other applicable regulations.

Clinical Monitor

Type of Contract

Job Description
The job involves monitoring clinical trials of phase II, III and IV covering different therapeutic areas. The candidate will deal with the conduct of clinical trials in accordance with reference procedures/GCP. The main responsabilities will include:
- Planning, preparation and conducting pre-study, site initiation, monitoring visits and study close-out visits.
- Participation at meetings in Italy and/or abroad.
- Upkeep of site files and all study documentation.
- Support investigators throughout the duration of the study. 

Profile
We are looking for candidates with a degree in Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, CTF or Medicine. The candidate must have an excellent knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and all applicable legislation. Moreover the candidate must  have at least 4 years of experience in clinical research (with at least 3 years as a clinical monitor) and have the ability to manage, plan and schedule workload independently. A key requirement is excellent knowledge of both spoken and written English and the Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
